What the what?

I honestly didn't think anyone would care, but for the few who have questions here goes. Yes, I'm leaving TWiT...but not completely.

I'm stepping down from my Supervising Producer duties, which means I will no longer produce TWiT, TWiG, and MacBreak, live events, manage board op & edit schedules, and chase down Leo. But, I will stay on as a co-host for All About Android every Monday!

My new gig is honestly working for myself, as I will go back to freelance producing. Hello Freshbooks! But my first project out of the gate will be producing Molly Wood's new show "Always On!" I'm really excited to jump on board and collaborate with her!

For those of you who are not familiar with my career path, this means going back to the type of production I've been doing all my life (save the past year and a half). Plus, I get to continue working in tech!

I'm thankful to Leo for the opportunity to work at TWiT. It's been a great learning experience. I love running the TriCaster, producing the top shows on the network and most of all, my co-workers. I will miss seeing Burke, Alex, Chad, Tony, Jeff, Nicole, Liz, JammerB, Colin, Iyaz, Sarah, Jason, Lisa, Frederique, Bryan, and Greg on a daily basis. Tom, well, I see him everyday :)

I hope you'll check out the new show once it launches. I'll have more details soon!

And as coyotebrown in the TWiT chat room points out, I'm all over the internets. You know where to find me!

Got a nice note from the awesome people at our local coffee shop - Acre.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 review

Mobile Presser Bingo!

While watching the live stream of the Sony Ericcson press conference from Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this morning, my ears gravitated to all the fluff before the real announcement. But even during the product reveal, I kept hearing so many *key* words like: Magical, amazing, revolutionary.

Wouldn't it be fun if we had a bingo board or drinking game for these tech announcements? I'm sure I'm not the first with this bright idea, but here's my board based on feedback from Twitter and G+.

Transformer Prime review

Here's a review I did for our new show at TWiT named Before You Buy. All you really need to know is that I really love this device. Will I buy it over the iPad 3? Well, I will know after I hear the upcoming apple announcement. I'm also eying the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7. It's not available in the US yet, but I'm hoping very soon.
