Chocolate Review 6 - Definitely Different Chocolate - Bittersweet Dark Chocolate

This is the last of the chocolates I will review, that I purchased during my trip to Vancouver, B.C. I couldn't find a website, but I found this article about the chocolatier that I found inspiring. Maca bar, huh? I wish I could try it for myself.

The chocolate itself is very rich, not waxy at all (like the article mentions). Its texture is dense and has a matte appearance. To me, it has a deep, rosy scent.

When you taste it, it will go down smooth and has a very lingering taste that is hearty and substantial. I feel like the flavors stay with you in a positive way. I found myself wanting more and savoring every bite.

It doesn't have a fancy label and it's not overhyped. It's one of those bars that makes you feel good when you eat it. Simply put, Definitely Different Chocolate is just plan good.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

Getting higher education has many advantages and we must encourage individuals to go for it, it buys them time to ponder what kind of job suits their nature best and to develop some contacts with the people who would help them in professional life.
