Dear Apple,

Dear Apple,

As a devoted customer I speak with respect and understanding that I am not the only fangirl with tech issues. I am very excited to buy a new Mac Pro and use Leopard OS in October. I am one of the first adopters to the iPhone and was not too upset with the $200 price drop (a month after I bought the phone).

In fact, I really love my phone. It gave me everything I needed: a web browser, e-mail, calendar, music, video, camera, maps, and even You Tube! I even paid an extra $30 for an Incase iPhone grip cover.

I never really complain, but I am a little upset. The following error message popped up:

no sync

I read through the forums and I haven't found a solution on my own. I have since emailed technical support and am waiting patiently for a reply. I tried restoring the iPhone, but that just got me in more trouble. I haven't been able to sync my contacts and calendar for weeks, and that move basically wiped out all my info.

Thankfully, my music, e-mail and video are up and running - oh, and so is the phone. But if I do not hear from someone soon, I might go crazy. You see, as a freelancer I depend on this device to keep me organized and together as I move from place to place. Since my purchase, I noticed a calmness and easy-going nature. However, since the slow unraveling of non-sync capabilities I have felt myself lose a little control. I have skipped going to the gym, I missed an important conference call, I didn't have a friend's number when I desperately needed help in the middle of nowhere, and I lost a new favorite picture of my dog.

I'm trying not to panic, but if help is not coming -- I may no longer sing your praises. Please don't make me wish for that new Google Phone on the horizon!

Love,

E
