Dear Eileen,


It has been brought to my attention that you are experiencing difficulty with your .Mac account. My name is Callie. I am a .Mac Support Specialist, and I will be taking this case over from here.I see that you are unable to sync calendars and contacts to your iPhone. Please keep in mind that your request for assistance has reached the .Mac Support team, which answers questions exclusively about the .Mac suite of software and services. However, Apple does offer technical support for iPhone, and I'm happy to guide you to some Apple resources that should help.

Thanks for your reply. However, I don't think my iPhone is the problem. I have read through some of the iPhone forums and have not found anyone else with this type of problem.

I have not been able to sync my .Mac account for a while. Also, why would the following error message be related only to the iPhone. Am I correct in assuming that there is a bug in my computer?


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


When I attempt to sync my phone I get the following error message first:




When I hit "Yes", the "Syncing cannot be enable on this computer" message occurs.

Isn't this a .Mac issue?
