Goals for 2009

It's pretty simple. For the new year I'd like to do the following:
1. Eat smart
2. Step up the confidence in my beliefs and my abilities (sappy, I know)
3. 30-minute workouts 5 days a week!
4. re-launch a foodie blog with video
5. cook dinner at least twice a week (pre-made frozen stuff doesn't count)
6. Organize my home office
7. learn how to use my new DSLR
8. laugh A LOT
I may add more, but that's what I got for now.

I like those. I'll try to do the same...except #4 and #7. I need to buy a DSLR first.
Does that include Launching http://eileenrivera.org/?
What SLR did you get? :D
Gotta be honest (well, gonna be honest, anyway): I think that's too many and too much. I'd pare it down to about 3 if I were you. The year I had the most success, I stuck to two: "floss more" and "drink more water."
I'm kind of off goal-setting & resolutions & self-improvement in general at the moment, though.
Yeah, I'm quite ambitious. The cooking and working out goals are simply too hard. But if I don't set tough goals, then I won't feel like I would have achieved anything.
I'm the type of person that needs something to look forward to, or aim towards.
Well, that's true -- I've done that before. Aimed high, settled for reaching the middle, figured that I'd never have gotten past the bottom otherwise. :)
#2 is not sappy....I think we could all do with a dosage of that!
